The strategic alliance includes the development of compatibility between ExAblate Neuro and leading clinical MRI systems from Siemens (1.5 and 3 Tesla) and MAGNETOM Aera Skyra. Siemens Healthineers follows with this agreement its strategy of expanding and complementing its product range for diagnostic imaging with advanced treatment solutions. Both parties will work to provide access to the ExAblate Neuro for the existing customer base as well as for installations of new customers

ExAblate Neuro is the world’s first and only medical device with CE and FDA approval for non-invasive application of MR-controlled focused ultrasound for the treatment of essential tremor and other conditions. Clinical research, development and regulatory approvals for other neurosurgical applications and markets are introduced.
